Orders under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail 3-5 working days. Tracking information not provided for Royal Mail orders.
Orders over 2kg will be sent via DPD. Standard delivery is 3-5 working days - A 1 hour delivery slot and interactive delivery will be provided via SMS or Email.
A Next Working Day service is available for an aditional charge. This service is only applicable for the UK mainland, excluding Highlands & Islands. Orders must be placed before 2pm for delivery the next working day.
Next Working Day Orders Placed before 2pm (Monday to Thursday) will be dispatched the same day, for delivery on the next working day.
Next Working Day Orders Placed on Friday before 2pm will be dispatched for delivery on Monday.
Next Working Day Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Next Working Day Orders Placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Please note: Millies wolfheart do not operate on bank holidays. Any next day order placed during this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
A Saturday and Sunday service is available for the UK mainland, excluding Highlands & Islands. Orders must be placed before 11am on Friday it is a premium service and costs £7 per 30kg.
In the rare event you do not receive your goods within the allocated delivery time, please inform us and we will contact the courier on your behalf. If the courier needs to investigate this may take upto 10 working days.
Important Customer Information
Millies Wolfheart always try to provide a hassle-free delivery. If for some reason you need to alter the delivery date, please be advised that only a single change can be made via the DPD in-flight system. Additional changes to the delivery date will result in the consignment being returned to the consignee. Once a change has been made by a customer, Millies Wolfheart will not be able to change the new agreement or amend it.
It is also important to understand that by making changes to the delivery date or address using the DPD in-flight system yourself, you are accepting liability should any error occur. If a customer changes the date/time then they take on liability and contract with dpd. In the event that you do need to make an amendment to your delivery details, Millies Wolfheart advise you to contact our customer service team for assistance.
If you would like your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, please be advised that this must be done by the customer, once delivery notification has been sent to you. Due to an update to the terms and conditions with DPD this service can no longer be provided by Millies Wolfheart, as this now requires customer authorisation to be upheld.
Millies Wolfheart Damaged/Missing Goods
Please try to check your goods upon delivery. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as "damaged", or "unchecked" if you're not able to check at the time of delivery.
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged/missing goods please contact us immediately via telephone (01535 280319). When contacting please be able to provide us with the following information: order date, order number.
In the case of missing items you will be required to provide photographs of the packaging, products received and the invoices.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery.
Please be advised that once a product has been opened you have accepted delivery and a refund or exchange will not be offered.
Delivery Issues – Unusual Events
Millies Wolfheart use DPD as our courier and, together, we provide a hassle-free service when delivering your order. If DPD are unable to deliver, or a delay is caused, due to unforeseen circumstances (such as; extreme weather conditions, road closures, traffic accidents, diversion due to public events etc.) then neither Millies Wolfheart or DPD will accept liability for the delay. In these rare cases, an extension to our 3-5 working day delivery arrangement may be applied.
UK Highlands and Islands
Orders under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail 3-5 working days at no additional cost.
Please note: Delivery time to Highlands and Islands takes 2 days after processing and shipping from our distribution centre.
Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man have addition postage costs of approximatly £7.00 per 30kg. Delivery time can take 3-5 working days after dispatch. The courier used is DPD.
Scottish Highlands & Islands and Scilly Isles have addition postage costs of approximatly £7.00 per 30kg. Delivery time can take 7-10 working days after dispatch. The courier used is DPD.
